1. I wanted this burger press by MoMoxi to see if we could make our own, seasoned the way we like them, for a fraction of the cost and the answer is YES, we certainly can! The press is so simple to use and easy to clean. Making/pressing burgers takes minutes. And its so much better cooking/eating them fresh than the frozen ones we used to buy. Clean up is a breeze, I'm not sure if this is dishwasher safe, but I just wash by hand with no issues. This pack even came with the parchment sheets if you wanted to freeze the patties. All in all, this has been a great investment for our kitchen, I love our results & I am very happy with this burger press. This is the one kitchen gadget you didn't know you needed!
2. This helps to make a pile of patties that are very similar in size and thickness, so it's easier to cook them all to desired level of doneness!
3. I made my first 6 burgers without using the included parchment paper circles. The burgers came out of the mold fairly well with a little tap to release them as the burger press is nonstick. Once I remembered that I had parchment paper circles to use, I made 4 additional burgers. I used one parchment circle on top of the beef and one below. I found that I could reuse the parchment paper with good results. If you need to stack the burgers, the parchment paper is perfect.
4. This burger press definitely works better than the old tupperware one that I got rid of years ago. I will definitely continue using this for all of my burgers.
5. This burger press works perfectly making all sorts of burgers! its super easy to clean and i love how it came with little pieces of wax or parchment paper to use with the press. It feels heavy duty and durable and so far has made some prettyamazing stuffed burger, and even vegan burger!
6. I like that the MoMoxi Burger Press I ordered is so easy to use. It comes with paper squares to separate the patties for storage in my freezer or refrigerator until I am ready to cook them. The press is made of stainless steel and is so easy to clean. I would recommend this product to you. It is a welcome addition to my kitchen tools. It is nice to be able to have beef or sausage patties ready to cook when you need them.
7. I've been wanting/needing one of these for a while because I am awful at making burger patties...like they're all different sizes, or fall apart, etc. It was just one of those things I didn't think to shop for until I was in the middle of destroying burgers. WELL thanks to this MoMoxi Burger Press Patty Maker, I FINALLY made perfect burgers last night!!! They were all the same size, and thickness, they cooked evenly, and they stayed in one piece. The press is easy to use, easy to clean, and I LOVE that it came with lots of perfectly sized/shaped patty papers. Oh, also want to mention that it's nice and heavy, so it's not sliding all over the place when I use it.
